If you are reviewing your campaign and you notice the campaign performance isn't what you were expecting, please reach out to your network or publisher partner to understand what is happening with the delivery. Spotify Ad Analytics technical support team is unable to provide campaign analysis or make suggestions on optimizing your campaign for better performance. 

For Networks/Publishers: 

If you notice that your campaign's attribution performance is not up to expectations, or you are not happy with the conversion data that has attributed thus far, please connect with the client to review these expectations and ensure their pixel has been placed following Spotify pixel best practices. The Spotify Ad Analytics technical support team is unable to QA your clients pixel or provide any campaign analysis or optimization recommendations.
