Accessing Spotify Brand Lift Reports

Learn about the average turnaround time and process for brand lift reporting.

Before you begin

Spotify Brand Lift reports are only available for campaigns where Spotify is the publisher. To determine if your campaign is eligible for Brand Lift measurement, the first step is to contact your Spotify account representative who can assist with the study and campaign set-up.

Accessing your Spotify Brand Lift Reporting

Once your study has completed, the average turnaround time for a Spotify Brand Lift report is 3 days (or 72 hours). Each report is inclusive of campaign-specific insights. Please Note: Data cuts are subject to a study achieving adequate sample size for reporting.


Reporting for your Spotify Brand Lift study will only be visible in the Ad Analytics dashboard once it is published by your Spotify account representative. Once published, here the instructions for accessing your Spotify Brand Lift report: 

  • Navigate to your Spotify Ad Analytics dashboard.
  • Click Measure on the left rail, and click into the Lift Reports page.
  • Toggle to the Spotify Brand Lift tab 
  • Click on the campaign name associated with your Spotify Brand Lift survey 
  • If you would like to export this dashboard view of your Spotify Brand Lift reporting as a PDF, click on the three dots at the top of your screen and select Export.

  • Why am I not able to access my Spotify Brand Lift Report?
    There are a few reasons why you may not be able to access your Spotify Brand Lift report:
    • Reporting for your Spotify Brand Lift study will only be available once the campaign has ended. The average turnaround time for a Spotify Brand Lift report is 3 days (or 72 hours) after the study is complete.
    • Reporting for your Spotify Brand Lift study will only be visible in the Ad Analytics dashboard once it is published by your Spotify account representative. 
  • Why am I not seeing any data for part of my campaign target in my Spotify Brand Lift report?
    Data cuts are subject to a study achieving adequate sample size for reporting. If data cut within your Spotify Brand Lift report is not populating, it is likely due to a small sample size in the survey.
